15 4-ct Flutterkicks

20 Lunge jumps (weighted 10-20 lbs if possible)

Picture Challenge

Over the next 3 days we will have a Facebook pic challenge.  Post a funny/creative picture to our Facebook page doing the movement of the day.  Today's is PULL UP.  After 3 days, the person who posted the best picture wins a new Maxability t-shirt!

1. Is there a rough time frame this should be completed in? Also flutter kicks is just laying on your stomach and kicking your legs behind you? Any vids I can watch on youtube so I know I'm doing the right move?

2. As fast as possible...! Please post your times to comments. Flutterkicks is on your back lifting your legs straight up and down with one foot passing the other.
