The Broad Jump is a great Gymnastics (Bodyweight) movement  to test how much explosive power an individual has. 

For Quality

50 Ring Push-Ups

50 Strict Ring Rows

25 Toes to Bar starting from L

Ca$h Out

2 Rounds of 4 Position Planks

45 On 15 Rest

4. Planks in a pool of sweat. Yikes. That was hard.
Couldn't get past 7'2" on the jump...
