Agility/Foot Quickness on the Ladder and Cones

Get It Done (Teams of 3)

6 Rounds of 30 Second Treadmill Sprints at Full Incline

Then Bike Sprints with Max L-Sit Immediately After ( Min of 30 Seconds/Partner Assisted)

Skill Work (Time Remaining)

Skin The Cat

2. Wow! Sprints were MUCH more challenging than I thought, winded up with 7.5, while my partner Martha led the pack with 8.1! U go girl!

3. I feel your pain Andrea! Finished the WOD 1 hour ago and still not totally recovered. After the sprints, the bike was absolutely miserable! Almost met pukie. Maybe it was the chocolate lava cake I had last night. Ugh
