As one member holds a 45/25 Lb plate OH other members work towards completing the following:

1000M Row

100 Deadlifts 135/95

100 Hang Power Cleans 115/65

100 Front Squats 115/65

100 Shoulder to OH 95/65

Each time you switch the holder or need to rest from the OH holds everyone must complete 5 Burpees

Attention On Rampers: Due to the short week, we added 2 On Ramp classes at 7:00pm & 8:00pm tonight.

A few notes about Regionals...

We will have a tent area to hang out in where you can leave your stuff for the day.  Some items you may want to bring: sunscreen, cooler w/ food/drinks, chairs, etc.  Hopefully it will be warm out but you never know, so bring something to throw on in case it gets chilly or rains.  Is everyone set with rides?  If not, leave a comment and let us know what time you're looking to leave!
