07.24.12 Bring your JUMP ROPE if you got one!

By the end of this week you should receive an e-mail with a user name and password to log in to Zenplanner.  If we don't have your e-mail address, we will ask you to provide one.  Starting next Monday, we ask that you begin logging in to register for the class you are going to attend each day.  You can do so by clicking the "member log in" link in the right column of our website.  You can also go to the "schedule" page and select a class from there.  You will only be able to register for a class 24 hours ahead of time.  If you can't make the class you chose, you can cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before class begins.  We hope this program will be helpful to all involved parties.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Check out the updated schedule starting next week.  We added 4 new WOD times that we hope you will take advantage of!

Sometime within the next couple of weeks we will be implementing a new system called Zenplanner.  Once it's good to go, you will receive a username & password to log into the website and register for classes.  The online registration will allow you to reserve a spot at the WOD of your choice, and help alleviate overcrowding in the classes.  Your cooperation with this process will be much appreciated!  We'll keep you updated as to when this will take effect.

"JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE" Today, like many days (not to brag) many people overcame obstacles.  It is the AWESOMENESS that comes with the job.  On Ramp clients remembering the names of lifts and performing them correctly, a client telling me that his cholesterol is down and he's off his meds, clients who were injured or experiencing pain now feeling better and joining the record board, athletes who have been MIA expressing their desire to be back, others finally returning after some time away, stud athletes getting their first Muscle-Ups, etc. "Today was a good day."

What is going to happen tomorrow?  I can't wait!

07.09.12 Back to it!

We hope you all had a great holiday week/weekend.  It was great to see that many of you were doing the WODs at home.  Thank you to everyone who participated in our Facebook picture challenge.  The pics you posted were awesome!  We loved them all...but there can be only one winner.  The free t-shirt goes to....Donna!  Yes we are a sucker for puppies and she capitalized on that!  (See picture below)  Honorable mentions go to Luca, Manuela, Andrea, and Willie & the whole Morales crew.  Not to worry, our new t-shirts should be in this week for everyone else.  We miss everyone and can't wait to get back in action today!

A Few Reminders...

The Ice House will be closed for the holiday from Wednesday, July 4th - Sunday, July 8th.  We will be posting some homework WODs for you to get done in between fireworks & BBQ's.  BY POPULAR DEMAND - We'll have an outdoor WOD on Saturday 7/7 at 10:30am. 

On Ramp classes will meet at the normal times on Monday & Tuesday ONLY.  The regular schedule will resume on Monday the 9th.

We haven't made a reservation at ABC Paintball yet since we need a minimum of 15 people.  Please let us know if you're interested in coming on Friday the 6th.
