Sunday, 08.29.10: End of Summer Bash

Thanks to everyone who has been working their ass off since we started CrossFit classes this past March.  This summer we really turned it up a notch and have come a long way physically and mentally.  We have established a solid core of firebreathers who will be leaders and friends in our community for a lifetime.
