2. Congrats Tim! And rob's "Bodybar Bobby" has been officially lifted as of today. My goal was to RX a workout with pullups, and I did it!! So excited about that one.

Haha... Yennifer...it's true one of my many weaknesses has been exposed..but I'm always down for a competition.. Here's the rules. You Vs. Me the 1st to do 3 rounds of 10 pull ups and 3 rope ascents...lol

6. Congrats to Tim, Roberto, and Nicole. Way to accomplish your goal, you should all feel proud. When i got to maxability today i decided my goal was going to be to finish the workout, but i didn't want to put it on the board because i thought people would think i was a loser. but i accomplished my goal today too! hooray :)
