Thank you for your interest in our CrossFit classes.
The 12 classes that you purchased are beginner classes, designed to prepare you for our regular CrossFit classes. Over the course of the month, you can attend 12 "On Ramp" classes in which you'll learn a series of movements & lifts. Each class will also include a CrossFit workout incorporating these movements. These workouts will give your mind and body the challenges needed to move forward to a fun and active lifestyle as a member of our CrossFit community.
In order to provide the best and safest possible training experience, it is necessary for us to cap the classes. Spots are limited, so it's first come, first served. When you are ready to start attending classes, you will need to create an account in Zenplanner, our online system for class registration. This can be done by clicking the Zenplanner link on the right sidebar of our home page, entering your contact information, and selecting "On Ramp" as the program you are signing up for. Your 30 day membership will begin when you set up your account. It will be your responsibility to log in to the website and sign up for the class you are going to attend. (this can be done up to 36 hours before the class) If you can't make the class you signed up for, you can cancel your reservation as late as 1 hour before the start time. If the class is full, you'll be put on the wait list. If someone cancels, you will receive an e-mail letting you know you've been moved into the class.
