Athletic Evaluation and Measurements

 

Dynamic Warm-up and Form Running

Athletes will perform a number of running drills and learn the best routine to prepare their bodies.  Our Coaches can determine strengths and weaknesses with the athletes running techniques, flexibility, and range of motion.

Athletic Ability Tests

Athletes will perform various exercises that will help determine the athlete’s current level of ability.  The results of the tests assist Coaches in determining specific strengths and weaknesses in speed, power, strength, change of direction and conditioning.  Results will be recorded into the athlete’s file as a baseline to measure future improvements.

Placement and Goal Development

At the conclusion of the workout our Head Coach will discuss what program would be best for the Athlete.  After deciding how often the athlete will train we can help set realistic goals and explain what type of results can be achieved through our Maxability Programs.
