Whether you’re interested in athletic performance, CrossFit classes, or personal training, MAXABILITY offers a free session to all first time clients. You will start by setting up an appointment with one of our trainers. This session will be used to discuss your goals and expectations and to determine your current level of fitness and/or athletic ability.
If you are interested in small or large group athletic performance training, our first session will serve to help us place you in an existing group with similar goals and abilities. If you already know of a few athletes who would like to begin training, even better! You can start your own group at a time that works best for you.
If it’s CrossFit classes you’re after, upon completion of your first free session we will invite you to attend a free W.O.D. (workout of the day) to get a better feel for what you’re in for!
