Whether you’re interested in Sports Performance, CrossFit, or 1 on 1 Training, MAXABILITY offers a free session to all first time clients. You will start by setting up an appointment with one of our Coaches. This session will be used to discuss your goals and expectations and to determine your current level of fitness and/or athletic ability.
If you are interested in small or large group athletic performance training, our first session will serve to help us place you in an existing group with similar goals and abilities. If you already know of a few athletes who would like to begin training, even better! You can start your own group at a time that works best for you.
If it’s CrossFit classes you’re after, we encourage you to attend our free W.O.D. (workout of the day) on Saturdays to get a better feel for what you’re in for.
